Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of information associated with TheMacroHub applications, including SocialHub, send an email to koyosolution@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• The email address associated with your account
• The SocialHub/Instagram account you connected, if applicable
• Any other information reasonably necessary to identify your account

TheMacroHub will review your request and take appropriate steps to delete eligible personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and legitimate business requirements.

You can also revoke SocialHub's access to your Instagram/Meta account through your Meta/Instagram account settings. Revoking access stops future authorized API access, while a deletion request can be submitted to TheMacroHub for data stored by TheMacroHub.

Requests will be reviewed and processed as appropriate under applicable requirements. We may contact you to verify your identity before deleting data.
