These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, and services provided by The Macro Hub ("TheMacroHub", "we", "us"), including applications such as SocialHub.

TheMacroHub provides software, automation tools, web applications, templates, and related services. SocialHub may provide tools for managing authorized Instagram/Meta content and interactions.

SocialHub may integrate with Meta/Instagram APIs. You must only connect Instagram or Meta accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You can revoke SocialHub's access at any time through your Meta/Instagram account settings.

• Abuse or attempt to disrupt the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or systems
• Use the service to send spam or harmful content
• Violate Instagram, Meta, or other applicable platform policies
• Misuse information obtained through the service

Integrations such as Meta/Instagram are third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

TheMacroHub's website, software, branding, content, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them except as permitted by us or by the license for a specific product.

We aim to keep our services available, but they may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TheMacroHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.
